Built for game day, not setup week

The aim is adoption on game day. Select and premier youth coaches should be able to open the tool and use it the same week, not after a long setup.

The playbook stays small enough to teach. Names, numbers, and who is on the field sit next to the call. A coach can begin without creating an account.

If a staff can set a roster, call a play, and join the same game from a second phone, the product is doing its work.
